I love infographics…even when they are dealing with something heavy they feel fun. Like this one from Happify.com about productive ways to deal with negative thoughts. My personal favorite way to make myself feel better is by doing 3-cartwheels. I’m not sure why it always works for me, maybe it’s the way it reminds me of being a kid or the power of being inverted or the cardio boost (it’s probably all 3), but I ALWAYS feel amazing after 3-cartwheels.
