Yet another good reason to exercise. Find something you love to do, and do it! I do a basic 7-minute workout every AM, and then 4-times a week do something fun outside: hike, bike, play tennis and handball (with the jelly ball like kids do.) Doing activities with friends makes it more social and increases accountability and being outside just makes me happy. Take care of yourself! You can’t take care of anything if you don’t care of yourself first.
